Everything about this business has changed: the way work is created, the media that displays it, the talent, the competition, the overhead, the excesses, the realities. Switzerland is a new paradigm because honestly the old one doesn’t work anymore.

First, action not words. We get in, do the job, get out. We will be the greatest short-term relationship you’ve ever had. No whining or begging you not to play with others. We don’t want to be your one and only, and we won’t make you ours. The only monogamous relationship we have is with the work. It comes first, second, third, period.

Second, experience isn’t just everything, it’s the preeminent thing. All our years in this business showed us that the people who get the work done are the creatives who think of it, the producers who get it shown, and the clients who recognize it when they see it. Creatives. Producers. You.

Lastly, the money (your money) is on the screen where it belongs. Not paying some massive hidden holding company. Not paying for our shiny 46-story atrium or our golf club memberships or our wrap-around-theatre-gym-yoga-studio-coffee bar or to send someone around the world to see what the color ‘blue’ means. We have no holding company. No atrium. No theatre slash anything. And our golf games pretty much suck.
